Demography & Principled Stratification for ramp.xds
ramp.demog is an R-package available from github. It is a satellite of ramp.xds containing utilities to set up models with human demography and age structure. It includes utilities to stratify populations in an organized way to deal with other epidemiologically relevant sources of heterogeneity.
To install the latest version of ramp.demog from GitHub, run the following lines of code in an R session.
