IRAD: Keyword
Damage Formation Parameters  (or sample input files)

Syntax:   
   IRAD: DSB={...} FL={...}  FCB={...}  NED={...}  OER={...}

Example:
    IRAD: DSB=25 FL=0.1                      !LPL model
    IRAD: DSB=25                                  !RMR model
    IRAD: DSB=25 FCB=0.20                  !TLK model
    IRAD: DSB=25 NED=5                      !TLK model (Monte Carlo damage spectrum)
    IRAD: DSB=40 FCB=0.10 OER=3      !Three-fold reduction in damage to hypoxic cells.
 

Tip: In Virtual Cell input files, all parameters must appear to the right of the IRAD: keyword (i.e., on the same line in the input file).  In TLK-model input files, the FCB or NED parameters must be used with the DSB parameter to specify the relative numbers of simple and complex DSB.  Within the framework of the LPL, RMR, and TLK models, the term "complex lesion" is synonymous with the double strand break (DSB).
