Syntax:
    IRAD: DSB={expected number of DSB/(Gy-cell)}
Example:
    IRAD: DSB=25                    !(LPL or RMR model)
    IRAD: DSB=25  FCB=0.2       !(TLK model: 5 complex DSB + 20 simple DSB = 25 DSB total)

Purpose: Set the total number of double strand breaks (complex lesions) expected per unit dose of ionizing radiation
Data Type: real number
Unit: (Gy cell)^-1
Default: 40.0
Comments:  When using the TLK model, the FCB or NED parameters must be specified in addition to the total number of DSB Gy^-1 cell^-1.
