Set fatal lesion formation yield (FL=)
IRAD: keyword (or sample input files)

Syntax:
    IRAD: FL={expected number of fatal lesions/(Gy-cell)}
Example:
    IRAD: FL=0.1

Purpose: Set the expected number of fatal lesions produced directly by radiation
Data Type:
real number
Unit:
(Gy cell)
-1
Default: 0.1
Comments:  As an alternative to the direction formation of a fatal lesions by ionizing radiation, set the product (1-A0)*PHI so that a fraction of the initial DSBs are converted to lethal mutations.  Only a small fraction of the initial DSBs are converted to lethal mutations, i.e., values of (1-A0)*PHI~ 0.0025 to 0.005 are typical.
