Set number of damage sites to form a complex DSB (NED=)
IRAD: keyword (or sample input files)

Syntax:
  IRAD: DSB={DSB cell-1 Gy-1} NED={number of damage sites to form a complex DSB}
Example:
  IRAD: DSB=25  NED=5       !(DSB composed of 5 or more damage sites are "complex")

Purpose: Determine the fraction of the total number of DSB (see DSB={} parameter) that are complex DSB.  All DSB complex of at least NED damage sites are treated as complex.
Data Type:
integer
Unit:
n/a
Default: n/a
Comments:  The NED parameter should always be used in conjunction with the DSB={} parameter and should only be used when a .mcer file is used to generate a spectrum of DNA damage configurations (see Tutorial 2.7).  For an alternate method of specifying the fraction of the DSB that are complex, see the FCB parameter.
