Malaria Dynamics on Point Sets

In Heterogeneity, mixing, and the spatial scales of mosquito-borne pathogen transmission, [1] we describe a mathematical framework for building and analyzing models for mosquito-borne pathogen transmission on point sets. Software implementing this now exists at ramp.micro.

The material here is handled separately for mosquito microecology and transmission
