 Syntax:CLRP: PHI={probability a misrejoined DSB is lethal}
 Example:
 CLRP: PHI=0.025     !RMR and TLK model; Not used in LPL model (see IRAD: FL parameter)

 Purpose: Set the probability a misrejoined DSB is lethalData Type: real number
 Unit: n/a
 Default: 0.005 (0.5% of misrejoined DSBs are lethal)
 Comments: Misrejoined DSBs can either be lethal or non-lethal.  The PHI parameter determines the fraction of the misrejoined DSBs that are lethal.  The fraction of the misrejoined DSBs that are non-lethal is (1-PHI).  The A0 (or B0) parameter determines the probability that the fraction of the DSBs that are converted into lethal or non-lethal genetic alterations (i.e., a mutation).  The type of repair mechanism (NHEJ or HR) determines the probability a DSB is converted into a mutation.  The fraction of these mutations that are lethal is mainly determined by the initial location of the DSB along the chromosome (e.g., did the DSB occur in a critical housekeeping gene?).
