Syntax:
   XBRT: BGDR={} OPT={} NTD={} TD4F={} FDT={} TMX={} TTD={} WDO={} Z1B={}
   See the DFDM: keyword for additional options to control fraction delivery.

Example:

Treatments comprised of 30 daily 2 Gy fractions (xbrt1.inp, imrt1.inp).
Treatments using multiple fractions per day (imrt2.inp, imrt3.inp).
