Interview with Dr. Torii (in Japanese)

Listen to Dr. Torii "Don't be SPEECHLESS, SCREAM for VOTE: Mechanism of Stomatal Patterning and Differentiation" Nov 4, 2008

The Torii lab studies how plant cells coordinate proliferation and differentiation during organ morphogenesis to generate beautiful, orderly patterns. We aim to understand the molecular and genetic bases of cell-cell communication that specifies organ size, shape, and epidermal (stomatal) patterning. For details, please see our Research Descriptions.
