Set relative residual-damage cutoff (RCUT=)
SIMCON: keyword (or sample input files)

Syntax:    SIMCON: RCUT={relative amount of residual damage at the end of the simulation}
Example: SIMCON: RCUT=1.0E-09

 

Purpose: Terminate the simulation when the amount of residual (unrepaired) damage is less
               than RCUT {initial number of radiation-induced damages}.
Data Type: real number
Unit: expected number of DNA damages per cell
Default: off
Comments: See comments under the ACUT parameter.
