Syntax: SIMCON: ACUT={residual damage per cell at the end of the simulation}
Purpose: Terminate the simulation when the amount of residual (unrepaired) damage is less than the specified value. Data Type: real number Unit: expected number of DNA damages per cell Default: off Comments: This parameter provides a convenient way to end the simulation as soon as all of the initial radiation damage is either repaired, misrepaired, or fixed. In general, the value of ACUT should be small compared to the initial amount of radiation damage. See also the RCUT parameter. |
