Example: Tip: The VC application uses the Random Breakage Model (RBM) formalism to relate the number of unrejoined DSBs in a cell to the fraction of the DNA released out of the well (or FAR). FAR is a commonly reported quantity in many pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) studies. All parameters must appear to the right of the RBM: keyword (i.e., on the same line in the input file). |
