Damage Formation Parameters  (or sample input files)

Syntax:   
   ENDO: CL={expected DSB formed per cell-hour}

Example:
    ENDO: CL=4.335E-03         !LPL and RMR models
    ENDO: CL=DSB                  !TLK model
    DSB = 4.335E-03 0 /            !Data array

Tip: In Virtual Cell input files, all parameters must appear to the right of the ENDO: keyword (i.e., on the same line in the input file).  In TLK-model input files, the CL parameter should point to a secondary data array (the DSB array in the above example).  Within the framework of the LPL, RMR, and TLK models, the term "complex lesion" is synonymous with the double strand break (DSB).
