Set complex complex lesion formation probability (CL=)
ENDO: keyword (or sample input files)

Syntax:
    ENDO: CL={expected number of DSB/(h-cell)}
Example:
    ENDO: CL=4.33E-03     !(LPL or RMR model)

ENDO: CL=XXX            !(TLK model)
    XXX = 4.33E-03 0.0 /     !Data array

Purpose: Set the expected rate of double strand break (complex lesions) formation by (spontaneous) endogenous processes.
Data Type:
real number
Unit:
(h cell)
-1
Default: 0
Comments:  A typical value for the endogenous DSB formation rate may be on the order of 4.335E-03 DSB/(h cell) = 38 DSB/(cell year). Discussed in R.D. Stewart, On the Complexity of the DNA Damages Created by Endogenous Processes. Radiat. Res. 152(1), 101-104 (1999).
