Syntax: Tip: The cell DNA content and chromosome number does not impact on estimates of quantities such as the surviving fraction or the probability of neoplastic cell transformation. These parameters do impact on the analysis of PFGE (FAR) data and certain conversion factors reported in the Virtual Cell output file (e.g., the conversion of DSB/Gy-cell to DSB/Gy-Mbp). |
