Syntax:    CELL: MCL={mean chord length}
Example: CELL: MCL=7.5

Purpose: Mean chord length associated with the critical cellular target (i.e., the cell or cell nucleus).
Data Type: real number
Unit: micrometers (um)
Default: 10 um
Comments: For a convex volume the mean chord length equals 4V/S, where V is volume and S is surface area. The MCL parameter has not impact on Virtual Cell simulations at present (i.e., not used).
