Syntax: CCKM: Tpot={doubling time}
Example: CCKM: Tpot=20
Purpose: Average time for the cell population to double in size
Data Type: real number
Unit: (days)
Default: 1 day (= to default value for TCC)
Comments: The net cell birth rate is determined by the combination of values specified by the TCC and Tpot parameters. By default, the potential doubling time is set equal to the cell birth rate so that the size of the cell population does not change (in the absence of radiation killing). The growth fraction (GF) must be set to a value greater than zero to include repopulation effects in Virtual Cell calculations (GF = 0 by default).
