Syntax: CCKM: GF={growth fraction} Example: CCKM: GF=0.25
Purpose: fraction of the cell population that is actively dividing (undergoing mitosis). Data Type: real number Unit: n/a Default: 0.0 (all cells are quiescent) Comments: For values of GF > 0, the overall population doubling time is determined by the TCC and Tpot parameters. By default, the potential doubling time is set equal to the cell birth rate so that the size of the cell population does not change (in the absence of radiation killing). When GF = 0, all cells are non-dividing and the size of the cell population remains constant -- accept of course for any radiation killing.
