Purpose: Time available for repair after the radiation exposure.

Default: 100 (if SIMCON: keyword is missing from input file)
Comments: A value of TCUT equal to 1 h will, for example, terminate the simulation one hour after the exposure ends regardless of whether the duration of the exposure is 1 s or 1 year.  The FRDL parameter is determines whether residual damage at the end of the simulation is treated as lethal or non-lethal damage.
