SDRX: Keyword
Exposure Setup (or sample input files)

Syntax:
   SDRX: ADR={} BGDR={} TAD={} TBD={} TOD={}  Z1B={}

Examples:

  • 10 Gy delivered as two 5 Gy fractions separated by 4 hours (sdrx0.inp)
  • Method 1. Multiple fractions sizes and time intervals (sdrx1.inp)
  • Method 2. Multiple fractions sizes and time intervals (sdrx2.inp)

NOTE: For an alternate method of specifying a split-dose exposure, see the RADX: s3.inp file.  With RADX: scenario specification method, split-dose exposures with unequal fractions sizes can be defined (e.g., 2 Gy + 5 Gy separated by various time intervals).

Tip: For additional discuss and graphs, see Split-Dose Exposures in the Examples section of the user manual.  A table of selected radioisotope half-lives is available elsewhere in the VC user manual.
