Purpose: Set the half-time for DSB repair.

Default: 2.0
Comments: For an alternate method of specifying the DSB repair rate, see LAM=LOG(2)/RHT. The minimum and maximum half-time for repair is approximately 2 minutes and 20 hours. Often, the average half-time for DSB is about 0.5 to 2 hours.
