Syntax: CLRP: LAM={DSB repair constant (h-1)} Example: CLRP: LAM=0.3466 !(LPL or RMR model). Equivalent to a 2 h repair half time. CLRP: LAM=XXX !(TLK model) !Data array used to specify TLK model inputs XXX = 2.7726 7.702E-02 / !Simple DSBs are repaired faster than complex DSBs
Purpose: Set the expected number of repair attempts per unit time (i.e., the DSB rejoining rate) Data Type: real number Unit: (h-1) Default: 0.34657359 [=LOG(2)/2.0] Comments: For an alternate method of specifying the DSB repair rate, see RHT=LOG(2)/LAM. The minimum and maximum repair rate is approximately 0.035 h-1 and 21 h-1. Typical repair rates are on the order of 0.15 h-1 to 2.77 h-1. Damage repair rates vary widely among cell lines and cell types.
