Syntax: CLRP: ETA={pairwise damage interaction rate (h-1)} Example: CLRP: ETA=2.5E-04 !LPL, RMR, and TLK models
Purpose: Set the pairwise damage interaction rate Data Type: real number Unit: (h-1) Default: 1.0E-04 Comments: The pairwise damage interaction process, also referred to as binary misrepair, always produces a mutation (mainly exchange-type chromosome aberrations). Fraction GAM of these chromosome aberrations are lethal. Sachs et al. argued that roughly 1/4 of the chromosome aberrations formed through the pairwise interaction process are lethal (i.e., GAM=0.25).
