Today we will concentrate in more detail on how to write proposals. Before class, you should read two real proposals by graduate students that have been funded by the federal government agencies. You should come to class prepared to analyze the proposals. What material do they present, and in what order? We will pick on a few of your preliminary ideas, and work through in class what material you would need to include to have an acceptable proposal on that topic.
