Use of TCUT and DCUT
How to set up radiation exposure scenarios

Either the TCUT and/or DCUT parameter can be used to truncate exposure scenarios that specify exponentially decreasing dose rates. TCUT is used to terminate the exposure scenario after a desired time interval has elapsed, and DCUT ends the exposure scenario after a specified fraction of the total possible dose is delivered.

Let  be an exponentially decreasing dose rate function (of time).

Limiting cases are:

TCUT = 0,   DCUT =1 => delivered dose = 0 Gy
TCUT =, DCUT =0 => delivered dose = total possible dose.
