Syntax: RADX: TMX={time when radiation delivery begins} Example: RADX: TMX=0.25 !Radiation delivery begins at t=0.25 hour
Purpose: Set the time when radiation delivery begins (see the s3.inp). Data Type: real Unit: hour Default: 0.0 Comments: Radiation delivery occurs during time interval TMX to TMX + DOX. The delivered dose and dose rate are related by {delivered dose} = {dose rate} x {irradiation time}. The values specified by, for example, the AD and ADR or AD and DOX parameters define a baseline exposure scenario. The baseline exposure scenario can then be re-scaled using the OPT and RND keywords. The OPT and RND keywords are used to re-scale split-dose exposures, multi-fraction exposures, and other temporally complex exposure scenarios. For a single dose of radiation delivered at constant dose rate, an array of dose values (e.g., the DD1 array in the above example) can be used in place of the OPT and RND keywords.
