Syntax:
    NEO: TSTP={time step used tabulate transformation rate after the radiation exposure}
Example:
    NEO: TSTP=4

Purpose: Time step used to generate a report summarizing the transformation response as a function of time after irradiation.  This parameter does not affect the predicted cell transformation frequency.

Data Type: real

Unit: day

Default: 1 day

Comments: The cell transformation frequency is mainly determined by the PGH, PGA, NCG, and NCM parameters.
