Syntax:
    NEO: TMAX={time allowed for cells to become neoplastic}
Example:
    NEO: TMAX=4

Purpose: Maximum time allowed for cells with minor or enhanced genome instability to transition to a neoplastic state.

Data Type: real

Unit: week

Default: 6 weeks

Comments: Calculations are not overly sensitive to the value selected for this parameter.  The cell transformation frequency is mainly determined by the PGH, PGA, NCG, and NCM parameters.
