Set the transformation rate for cells with enhanced genomic instability (TFU)
NEO: keyword (or sample input files)

Syntax:
    NEO: TFU={probability cells with enhanced genomic instability transition to the neoplastic state}
Example:
    NEO: TFU=1.0

Purpose: set the rate at which cells with enhanced (major) genomic instability transition to the neoplastic state

Data Type: real

Unit: week-1

Default: 0.002 (cells with enhanced genomic instability become neoplastic very quickly)

Comments: 0.002 week-1 = 1.19 ´ 10-5 h-1.  Calculations are not overly sensitive to the value selected for this parameter.  The cell transformation frequency is mainly determined by the PGH, PGA, NCG, and NCM parameters.
