Purpose: Specify the cell growth kinetics model (QECK)

Comments: At present, the only model implemented is the quasi-exponential cell kinetics model (or QECK). Exponential cell growth kinetics can be mimicked by setting the KAP*VOL parameter (see CCKM:) to a very large number (say 1.0E+38); this approach is advantageous because it prevents overflow errors. Also, the human body only contains ~ 1E+14 cells.
