There have been two major attempts to summarize all of malariology:
1949 – Malariology. A Comprehensive Survey of all Aspects of this Group of Diseases from a Global Standpoint, edited by Mark Boyd, is collection of 70 essays from 65 authors in two volumes and 1643 pages [1].

In addition, we recommend a few collections:
malERA – the malaria Eradication Research Agenda did two useful reviews of malariology for purposes of defining a research agenda.
WHO Expert Committees – Twenty WHO expert committees were convened from 1947-2000. These covered a variety of topics.
