Courses

  • IND E / ME 599: Fundamentals of Autonomous Robotic Systems (previously titled as Fundamentals of Robotic Systems & Advanced Robotics): This course is designed to educate graduate students on the fundamental methodologies and the exciting applications of autonomous robots in the real world. It will discuss some of the mathematical and physical models for intelligent operations of robotic systems with no human intervention. It will also highlight how such robotic systems are bringing about transformative changes in manufacturing, transportation, assistive living, biology, and medicine. Here are some examples of students projects in the past two years:

  • Examples of course group projects

  • IND E 337: Introduction to Manufacturing Systems

  • IND E 535: Engineering Simulation

  • ME 355: Introduction to Manufacturing Processes
