Brain Awareness Video Contest Winners

The Society for Neuroscience has announced the winners of the 2014 Brain Awareness Video Contest. First place ($1,000 prize and a trip to the 2015 Society for Neuroscience meeting) went to Leigha Phillips, Helen Tang and Lily Benedict (Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University) for their video titled "Vision and Illusion." The second place winner ($500 prize) was Alison Caldwell and Micah Caldwell (University of California, San Diego) for "Three Lesions, Three Lives." Vania Cao won third place for the video "Brainbows - Mixing Colors to Map the Brain." Be sure to check out the video, "Neuroscience Minds" for best song by Michael Stendardi, a student at the City University of New York.

You can vote for your favorite video for the "People's Choice Award" until September 30, 2014.
