Wednesday, March 8: Section: ActionToday is about turning your book learning into action. You will do two things in this section:
- By 8:00 a.m. today, post a description of a way in which you can help deal with one of the problems of environmental injustice we have discussed in either Unit 3, American Injustice, or Unit 4, Global Injustice. You will discuss your ideas in section.
- Fill out an evaluation of the section and the section leader
Three things for the last day:
- First I will philosophize over the EA-specific meaning of the Garden of Eden.
- Then I will go over the questions on the third take-home exam, posted today. The exam will be due Wednesday, March 15, at 5 p.m.
- Finally I will give you a list of what you can do to help. Giving up hope is not the solution, as irrational as hope may be in the present.
