For purposes of managing malaria, Uganda’s National Malaria Control Division subdivides Uganda into Kampala (outlined in black and shaded grey) and 14 other regions: Acholi, Ankole, Bugisu, Bukedi, Bunyoro, Busoga, Karamoja, Kigezi, Lango, North Central, South Central, Teso, Tooro, & West Nile
