In Acholi Region : Agago, Amuru, Gulu, Kitgum, Lamwo, Nwoya, Omoro, & Pader
In Lango Region: Alebtong, Amolatar, Apac, Dokolo, Lira, Kaberamaido, Kole, Kwania, Otuke, & Oyam
In Kigezi: Kabale
In West Nile Region: Adjumani, Arua, Koboko, Madi-Okollo, Maracha, Moyo, Obongi, Terego, Yumbe
