Cook Stove Project

A DOE funded project to design a wood fired cook stove aimed for developing countries in partnership with BURN Design Lab. Focus on efficiency improvement and emission reduction. For more information, click on the link below. Read here

Jet Fuel Sooting

The project aims at studying the sooting in aviation jet fuels obtained from different sources and their blends. The study has been conducted on Bunsen burner and Meker burner. To learn more about it, click on the link below. Read here

Jet Stirred Reactor

The Jet Stirred Reactor combustion project aims at at determining stability and NOx formation in Jet fuels. The project involves CRN modelling for predicition and performing experiments for validation. To learn more about this, click on the link below. Read here

Inverted Flame

The inverted flame setup creates conditions for synthesizing particles or small structures from tiny particles due to agglomeration. The study shows promising results in presence of an electric field around the flame. To read more about this project click on the link below. Read here
