Conferences Successfully Held.

The conferences were successfully held in Seattle on March 16-18, 2012. More than 50 participants attended the conferences, with 25 papers presented and discussed. Click here for some of the pictures taken during the conferences.

The Research Center for International Economics (RCIE) at the University of Washington, the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade (KIET), and the Asia-Pacific Economic Association (APEA), are jointly organizing two one-day conferences in March 2012 in Seattle.

1. China and the World Economy

2. Global Economy

Date: Saturday, March 17-18, 2012. Click here for more information. (Because of a substantial increase in the number of papers for presentation, the conference will be extended to noon, March 18, 2012.)

Papers presented in the conferences will be considered for publication in two new journals, China Economic Policy Review and Global Journal of Economics, respectively.
