Dr. Ross has provided training programs and consultation on eyewitness memory and identification procedures to law enforcement agencies and attorney organizations. Recent invited presentations have been provided to the University of Washington School of Law, Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, Washington Defenders Association, the King County (WA) Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Roger Williams University, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
In addition to these education programs, Dr. Ross has served as a consultant on criminal and civil cases involving eyewitness memory issues. He has been qualified as an expert witness in Federal Court as well as in the states of Washington and Montana.
