Yingxin graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Sichuan University in China in 2010. She was an exchange student at Rolandi group at the University of Washington from 2008 to 2009. She came back to Seattle to further her studies as a Ph.D. student with the guidance of Prof. Rolandi in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Washington in September 2010. Her research interests are micro- and nano- scale biomaterials and their applications in bioelectronics and bioprotonics.
