Jungho Jin

Jungho joined the group as a Postdoc in February 2012. His research project in the group mainly focuses on controlled self-assembly of bio-inspired nanofibers, understanding of protonic conductivity of polysaccharides, and micro-to-macro scale manipulation of the bio-fibers into functional 3D templates. Prior to UW, he received his Ph.D. in MSE from KAIST and continued his career as a Postdoc under Prof. Bae's guidance. His Ph.D. and Postdoc research works at KAIST focused primarily on design and synthesis of functional organic-inorganic hybrids for optical/display application, development of transparent fiber-reinforced composite as versatile platform for flexible devices, and fabrication of silver-nanowire based transparent electrodes for organic photovoltaics.
