PhD Students
If you are a prospective PhD student with a potential research focus that intersects with my current research in online mis- and disinformation, I am interested in seeing your application for the HCDE PhD program. However, I expect that the application process will be extremely competitive due to a limited number of research positions in my lab. Directed Research Groups for UW Students
HCDE offers for-credit research opportunities called "Directed Research Groups" for students at all levels (undergraduate, Master's, and PhD). Please see the HCDE website for more information about these groups. Proposals for the next quarter will be available approximately one month prior to the start of the quarter. (Due to my sabbatical, my lab is not planning to initiate any new groups this coming year: 2019-2020).
