We have reserved a block of rooms at Silver Cloud Hotel at the University District during the periods from Thursday March 16 to Monday March 20, 2017. The rate for a double queen room is US$169 per night plus applicable lodging tax, currently at 15.6% and state or local tax assessments, subject to change without notice. The room rate includes the following concessions:

• Complimentary Hot Breakfast Buffet, served 6:30am to 9:30am Mon-Fri and 7:00am to 10:00am Sat-Sun

• Complimentary Parking Onsite

• Complimentary High Speed Internet Access

• Courtesy Shuttle Service to/from the hotel within a 3 mile radius

• Fitness Facility and Business Center

Please note a $15.00 taxable surcharge is applied for each adult beyond double occupancy. There is a max of (4) four individuals per guestroom, regardless of guestroom type. Children 18 years and under stay free. The hotel requires a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older present in order to check into any guestroom. This person must present a valid ID and credit card at the time of check in and must stay in their assigned guestroom.

1. On the left hand side of the screen please select the desired arrival and departure dates (within the contracted date range 3/16/2017 - 3/21/2017) and the number of guests.

2. Click on "Search for Availability"

3. Then Click on "Reserve" for the room type you prefer. It will take you to a page where guests can enter all their information. 

4. Finally, Click on "Make a Reservation" and your guests should receive a reservation confirmation email shortly thereafter. 

Reservation by Phone

1. Call the hotel directly at (206) 526-5200 or 1 (800) 205-6940 and ask for the "Economic Integration and Economic Growth" group and the guest services agent will be able to assist with the reservation. 

A credit card is required to make researvation. If two participants are going to share a room, only one reservation (by one of the participants) will be needed.
