TibetInfoNet, the most comprehensive source I know of devoted to information about Tibet, not entirely unbiased but quite factual.

Phayul.com presents the exile view, whose more militant wing is represented by the Tibetan Youth Congress.

The PRC government side is covered (albeit in broken English) by the China Tibet Information Center.

If you read Chinese, you really can't beat Woeser's Blog. She also has some of her writings published in English on High Peaks Pure Earth.
