Detailed Description

Class used to parabolic divergence cleaning.

Implements the purely parabolic version of diverence cleaning as described in: Dedner et al., JCP 175, 645-673 (2002). Specifically, this implements the form described by Eq. 13 and the un-numbered equation betwen Eqs. 14 and 15.
