Artificial Viscosity and Heat Flux.

Parameters
nameName of application
fluidFluid variable
fluid_gradientFluid gradient variable
gammaGas Gamma (Adiabatic Index)
massMass of species
min_densityDensity floor
min_pressurePressure floor
multiplierscaling multiplier. Default of 1 is reasonable for most problems, higher is more diffusive
eta_scales_with_dxtrue if eta penalty should be a function of dx. Useful if not using a pure upwinding LDG method.
componentsComponents of fluid variable
gradient_componentsComponents of fluid gradient variable
gradient_methodThis method only currently supports "ldg"
