Package for finding marginal interactions in high dimensions with binary response. Applies the TMIcor procedure to test using pairwise correlations, and estimate false discovery rates. Can test all pairwise interactions, or compare two sets of variables (eg. gene-environment interactions). Scaleable to several thousand features.
