Senmed/DARPA/Micronics Project

This project is a continuation of one initially funded jointly by the Washington Technology Center in 1993, followed by more substantial funding by DARPA Defense Sciences Office (DSO) and Senmed Medical Ventures in June 1994. DARPA DSO funding ceased in 1996. Senmed funding continued until 1997, at which point it was replaced by funding from Micronics, Inc., which is a start-up company created by Senmed to commercialize technologies developed during the course of DARPA DSO and Senmed support. Micronics now has its own WWW site (www.micronics.net) that describes the mission of the company.
