I’m excited to say that November is off to a good start.  Not only is there a flying teacup piglet on the calendar for this month, but I just got word that my oyster methylome manuscript was accepted in PeerJ!! My next goal is to get revisions submitted for a bivalve methylation review by the end of next week.  I am also still working on analyzing the results from the MBD-Chip experiment comparing the EE2 exposed and control oysters.  I’d like to present the results at an upcoming lab meeting and make some decisions regarding a plan to validate the results.  Other stuff?? I will be getting some additional epigenomics datasets submitted to the SRA database, giving a few lectures in FISH441, and trying to figure out the proverbial ‘big picture’
