The notes listed below fall into two groups. In group (A) are brief outlines or summaries of topics or arguments to be presented or mentioned in class. In group (B) are much ampler sets of lecture notes, which include a lot of detail that is omitted in the pages of group (A). There is thus a lot of overlap between the two groups. For example, the first two entries in group (A) are included in (but are only a small part of) the lecture entitled ‘Preliminaries’ in group (B).
